Ruff Acres Antiques is a must - see for Civil War or Lincoln Collectors.  Our shop has such a wide selection of Lincoln and Civil War collectables that we have dedicated an area, The Lincoln Loft, to this subject.  We have oil on canvas of Lincoln that was given to the Republic Club in Patterson, New Jersey, several good prints and sketches, CDV’s of Lincoln and Gen. Dan Sickles and the Gettysburg address all with period frames.  There are several Currier and Ives prints including the Assassination of Lincoln and The Battle of Chickamauga.  The Civil War was very well documented and we have many books on both the Civil War and Lincoln, including a four volume set of “Lincoln the War Years” signed by the author Carl Sandberg.  We have been lucky enough to obtain blueprints for artillery wagons used in the war.  There are even two Union Calvary Officer’s swords, one of which is marked Provident Tool.  We are constantly watching for more great Civil War Collectables and have recently added a set of discharge papers and a Confederate Shackle.
