Introducing Carousel Bed & Breakfast at Ruff Acres Carousel Bed and Breakfast currently has two rooms available; these rooms are both actually located in the antique shop. Imagine that… spending a night in the antique shop. The beautiful antique furnishings in both of our rooms are available for sale and a listing of the items and costs are provided in a notebook in the room, this book also has information on events and places to go while visiting in our area.

Pricing $150 per night plus tax, in season, for double occupancy, either room can be set up to accommodate a third person at an additional $30 fee.  The out of season rate is $125.  Special rates are available for businesses, call to check on those rates. Packages Things to Do Policies

Water Lily Room

Located on the main floor of the antique shop is The Water Lily Room, the private entrance for this room is across from the main house, and includes a wrap around deck with a view of the pond, water lilies and apple orchard. The deck is a great place to spend a quiet summer day, a romantic evening, or an invigorating morning. The room enters into the bedroom which is furnished with antiques. The bed is an antique oak double bed, with memory foam mattress, fluffy pillows and luxurious bedding. The antique bedside tables are adorned with three way lamps to set the mood whether for reading or relaxation. The ambiance of the fireplace will keep you warm and cozy in the winter. The room is air conditioned for the summer, and hotter weather. The room also has a flat screen TV and WIFI is available. The Water Lilly Room has its own sitting room, again, adorned with antiques. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower, even this room has an antique mirror above the pedestal sink. Luxurious bath linens are provided. Additional amenities provided are a hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave and an iron and ironing board which are available by request.

Conewango Room

The second room is the Conewango Room, located in the downstairs of the antique shop and with its own private entrance and parking area. This room has a beautiful view of the Conewango Creek, where guests that love to canoe or kayak can easily access a launch site created for them by Conewango Kayak and Canoe. If you don’t canoe or kayak you can sit back and enjoy the view from the bench outside or from inside the room. You enter directly from your parking area to a foyer with antiques that then enters directly to your room. This room is lavishly decorated with a beautiful queen size bed and bedroom set, in dark mahogany. The bed has a pillow top mattress, large fluffy pillows and luxurious linens. On either side of the bed are large nightstands with tiffany style lamps. Antique Prints are used to adorn the walls. A large hand made antique Persian Rug adorns the floor, and adds to the warmth of this room. As does the fireplace that keeps the room warm and cozy and sets the mood for a romantic evening. A large stained glass window separates the bedroom and bath, this has a light that can be used to illuminate the bathroom or adjusted to help create that romantic atmosphere. The large bathroom is well lit, with a sink sunken into an antique dresser, antique prints on the wall and even a chair from the famous Waldorf Astoria in NYC. The full bath has a shower and tub, and plenty of luxurious linens. The room also has two antique chairs with a small table, a beautiful red velvet settee and a luggage rack, also from the Waldorf. Other amenities include a flat screen TV, WIFI, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and an ironing board and iron are available upon request.
