Carousel Bed and Breakfast at Ruff Acres Guest Information & Policies

• Most importantly we are a smoke free Bed and Breakfast. Cigarettes, cigars, and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms. Please respect this aspect of our bed and breakfast. A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for guests that ignore this policy.
• Check in between 3 PM and 7 PM. Check out by 11 AM. Early and late arrivals must be arranged in advanced.
• A full home made breakfast with fruit, baked goods, hot entrée of the day, coffee, tea, and juices is included with each overnight stay. Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM. An early breakfast may be requested for corporate guests or those planning to kayak, golf, fish, bird watch, hike or hunt early in the morning. Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or schedule changes
• Wifi connection is available in the house.
• One night deposit or 50% of the total stay, which ever is greater, is required with all reservations. Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. There after, deposits will be refunded less $25 processing fee only if all cancelled nights are re-booked.
• Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday nights.
• Payment must be made on arrival for all balances. We accept MC, Visa, cash and check as forms of payment.
• Corporate rates and gift certificates are available.
• Guests over 10 are welcome to stay.
